The rolling thunder sounds like my rumbling stomach. It never lets up, til the storm passes. Finally saw the doctor today, apparently it wasn't gastric, but gastroenteritis. Some nasty shite. So i'll stay home and roll over in my bed and read my notes, and pray the medication effect settles in really quickly so that i'll be up and about. Haven't been well since i came back from hong kong. Mighty horrible.

Caught the world cup last night, Costa Rica was surprisingly good, especially if you look at the statistics. But if you didn't know what's the usual attempts on goals you would have thought costa rica was a really strong team. The statistics don't tell the whole story, until you watch the game, and you thought the statistics were the best thing to look at. They forgot to tell you that background info is important as well.
