Had dinner tonight at Kuishin-bo, the Japanese buffet restaurant @ suntec. Food was not bad, but we suspect that they added starch coz we were full after 4 pieces of sushi, few slices of salmon, miso soup and teppanyaki. But the food was very delicious and tempting. The variety of dessert was pretty extensive. From cream puffs, chocolates, mochi (very very good, especially the green tea), mousse, puddings, fondues, cheesecakes. yum. But they had some interesting limited in number items every say 20mins? First they had candy floss, then lobster with black pepper sauce, mochi ice cream. And i bet they had other very interesting and yummy items after we left. But we were so stuffed, we had problems walking about after that. Although it is slightly on the pricier side, 25++ for the student special and i think normal rates are 31.90++ for dinner, but calculating backwards i got around 27, wierd but oh well. But the food was quite good and the variety definitely enough to satiate your taste buds.
