Sunday bliss
Shopping with my parents today, we have a habit of going shopping every weekend. It seems like my dad always has a new golf club to buy every week or something, or clothes from ashworth. Didn't have anything in mind, but i came home with a top and a pair of shoes. New shoes which i shall wear for salsa. Frankly speaking it's not some heeled shoe which a lot of people wear, coz i am not exactly v comfortable with that for class and i've not managed to find a pair that pleases my fussy eyes & feet. But i chanced upon a pair of nikes when i wasn't even actively looking for it. The best perk of it all was that i saw another colour which was blah, but this is superb, well i like it at least.
And the top wasn't even something i would have bought under normal circumstances. My mum likes to choose clothes for me, sometimes she will choose something that i think looks good but i will not wear, coz it's so not me. But under her insistence, i have ended up with a few more tops that expands my wardrobe style a little. So, another.
And my mother is getting tempted, to put a spoiler on the car. This is total madness, i didn't even suggest anything of that sort to her. We happened to stop next to this handa fit in white with bodykit, spoilers, visors and all. She said it'll be nice to put a spoiler and re-spray the car white. She's been toying with that idea for a really long time, she wanted a white car all along. Now the spoiler is a shocker. But i don't mind. Haha. I personally will not recommend cosmetic additions to the car unless it has some real tangible functions because i for one am a person who places function over form. Especially when mods aren't exactly cheap like peanuts. My priority would be performance, afterall that's what i hanker for a car that can outrun many others. So we'll see when the car will get a spoiler and change to white. Gotta bring it for a waxing trip, it's gotten some dirty marks and the car's exterior is just deteriorating as time goes by.
Collected our ipod nano so my brother's gonna use it while i get nothing out of the deal. =( But well if we didn't sign up for the plan there would be no new toy to fight over. So i'll just leave it as that. But the thought of selling the ipod nano and collecting the cold hard cash to deposit into my bank account was so alluring. double =( anyway happy sundays. time to sleep, gotta go to my gran's place in about 2hrs time.
