Is it you or is it me?
Was chatting with my teammate yesterday. And she was telling me about how ppl at the club was trying to get her to come down to train with them. But she loves soccer more than rugby. In fact she wanted to give up rugby totally so that she can concentrate on soccer. But they made like some derisive comments about her playing soccer. I said that people are always selfish and we always want things for ourselves even though it may not be something that you like but because i want you on my side i will say a lot of things to pull you over. Actually now when i come to think of it, it may not be true. I guess there's always many ways to look at it. You can always say that i don't know the club girls well enough to make comments like that, i do not deny that, and that maybe they want her to come down not because of selfish reasons but because they do want her to come down for training, as a friend sorta thing. Oh well what's been said can't b taken back. I'll just leave it as that.
