Sunday Times
Had an early breakfast with my dad, afterwhich we headed over to check out
MAAD @ the red dot design museum. Although i think we reached there too early, coz most of the stalls were not opened yet, or perhaps the place isn't fully occupied. Then we popped by to The Arts House coz my dad wanted to take a look, it's a nice place with quite a bit of info about the political history of singapore, plus my dad being a fan of politics, it was actually quite interesting. Although it really makes me wonder if i'd be able to tell such stories to my kids in future. Most of which i'll forget i guess, and perhaps rely on their grandpa to tell the stories and when he passes on, there'll be no one to tell the stories. Afterall history is all about stories, not just the dates and what happened. The stories are also what keeps history alive and interesting. A pity my history teachers weren't exactly treasure troves of history information, but just taught them all from the book & some teacher's guide.
Forgot to make a detour to the Zouk flea, which i did not manage to get the stall despite my 2nd attempt at the ballot. I do wonder if the system is a little skewed, coz i've heard of people proclaiming that they'll have a stall even before the registration is closed. Hmm..... Come home sent some applications for selling my warez online and for the flea @ MAAD. Hopefully i get a favourable response from them. Did up the website a little, made some earrings and took some photographs of them. I stopped making earrings for quite some time actually. Partially coz my kit is growing and it's a pain to take it out and pack it all back in again. Ah well. Back to work.
