It's quite amazing how something that comes so naturally to us, is not the same in everyone. Take for an instance a pair of eyes. The same object, what you see and what i see could be very different, that's not taking into account perception yet. But yet most of the times we don't really notice this difference in the sensory input among ourselves because it comes so naturally to us.
