Been wanting to blog over the past few days but never sat down to get around doing it Basically watching animes animes and animes. Have to clear my HDD of it. sadly too much anime with a limited HDD also restricts your social life, it's like homework, everyday i have to finish up 3 episodes in order to make space for new anime to come in. sigh. Anime Addict. ahha.
About the previous post, it seems that lately i keep hearing about people who've gotten married young and gotten a divorce as soon as well. Kinda wonder whether do these people know what marriage is about. I mean not to say I know as much or more than them but well... just pondering you know. I find it rather sad, it used to be that marriage is like so sacred and meaningful, now it's as though just popping by mcdonalds to get a burger within the shorstest time and then gobbling it up and just throwing the wrapper into the bin, just like that.
Anyway over the past week i've settled into my new company, still trying to get used to the early waking hours, sitting at the desk the entire day facing the computer. And trying to make up my mind whether to go back to my previous company or become a permanent staff in my new company should my uni application fall through. I'm actually on no pay leave with my previous company and i seriously do miss working there, the only thing that's making it difficult for me to decide is that my new company, should i become permanent i'll get to travel to australia and nz a fair bit. Travelling is always a good thing to me. haha. sigh dilemma. to be frank the working environment in those sit down office doesn't very much appeal to me, coz it's like everyone comes in sits down at 9 keeps quiet most of the time and then talks only when we need to go for lunch, and in between banter sometimes doesn't get the response u want, because not everyone bothers listening to what you have to say, you're very much an individual there. Whereas previously, it's like non stop talking making jokes that kinda thing from morning til night, I guess that's why i love working in front line, people gel together more because you face shit together and then when one person talks the other listens because u have to be on your toes whatever ur colleague says at this moment will most prob b important to you as well. In terms of working environment, portable world wins hands down even my irritating boss. But the other side is the monetary aspect and the travelling portion. And the weekends off are good too, i can actually go for diving lessons in mid june!!! i mean like that's so easy as compared to previously when i have to make sure that arrangements are made.
Then had my driving lesson the other day in the rain i manage to clear my crank course and do vertical parking, hehe quite happy with myself, i think i have about 3 more practicals before i can take my TP so yay!!! First time i had 3 stamps and i guess it'll be the last haha sadly.
Went to newsroom bar last night after a long deliberation, because I don't like the idea of going to a place which plays retro n top 40s. Now it seems that i can groove to any music hahahaa. damn am i good or what. lol. and jerryl's such a gentleman, i mean he stays near emi's place and he wanted to send me home first before going home, i mean like wow.. i rarely see such guys around. Not to mention the fact that to him i'm most probably just a friend. In the end i took a cab home myself, sorry i cannot accept such offers of insanity, i mean yeah it's gentlemanly but hello send me home frm MS to boon lay and then back to serangoon north, plus emi will b in the cab most probably feeling agitated coz she did want to go home rather than to go around. And he actually offered me money to take a cab home. i'm impressed. very impressed.
Today wanted to go swimming but NTU pool is closed coz it's a public holiday. And waiting for my parents to come home so that i can borrow money from them in order to buy bok's present later. My pay would have come in today if it weren't for the public holiday. My boss definitely had it all planned out nicely. Grrr...
