Sink or swim
Pre-swimming drink: 1 can of Milo
Post-swimming drink 1: 1 bottle of H20
Post-swimming drink 2: Unknown fruit juice with pulp

More water to rehydrate please.
Could have swam more if not for the fact that i have some places to go and things to do. But overall i'm happy with 22 laps. It's been a long time since i've completed anything more than 20 laps. Add that i was really tired after the first 2 laps, shows how rusty i am, it's amazing i managed to convince myself to complete the other 20 more laps. Maybe it's the competitive nature i have against guys. More swimming soon!
Oh yeah no PVD on saturday though, but there's James Lavelle!
