In america, president george bush signed a law designed to force doctors to keep a severely brain damaged woman alive. It may seem intrusive to some, but i think as a nation's leader if u allow euthanasia when the appeal comes to you it speaks a lot about the value u place on a countrymen's life. If u veto euthanasia, you're okay-ing abortion(not saying whether it should or shouldn't be, but just what leads to it) and also allowing the killing of troops that are sent to iraq. This would reverse his image adversely, well just trying to follow a train of thought.

Celebrated sharlene's birthday, scouted a pair of sports shoes for her. And then we did the Johari's window i learnt a lot more about my friends, and maybe a little bit more about myself. Although it's a self awareness thing, but somehow u force urself to think about how u feel towards ur friend or about something that she does not know but u know. A lot of times what u experience with ur friend u just file it away unconsciously, well at least i do. So it really made me think hard about these people whom i've known for the past 7 years but yet somehow don't really know very well. But i guess it's a slow progress, i've seen my friendship grow with some which i'm very appreciative of, and some whom i've never really got the chance to get closer to. And maybe this will help all of us become closer to each other. And for this tonight was a very happy and memorable night. Despite still getting stuck in my report and knowing i'm going to hand in a piece of crappy work, this alone made me smile, and yes i really do love them and that they're very important to me. each and every single one of them.
